Credo Partners and the current majority shareholder Fjord Invest Industri AS have agreed to a NOK 60 million capital increase in Dooria. Both Credo Partners and Fjord Invest contribute in the capital increase, and Doorias minority shareholders will also be invited to participate on equal terms. After the transaction, Credo Partners will control 51% of the voting rights in the company. Closing will take place subsequent to approval by the Norwegian competition authorities.
